The service is always friendly. To-Go orders are ready crazy fast. (grab your keys as soon as you hit checkout fast). Napkins, silverware, fortune cookies, soy sauce and sweet and sour are always included. They are also very good at honoring any special requests, much of which can be selected online. (including heat level).
