Yen Ching Express is a modern revival of Milwaukee’s cherished Yen Ching Restaurant, originally founded in 1986 by Shiy Wang. Known for its flavorful Chinese cuisine and warm hospitality, the restaurant served the city for nearly 30 years. Today, that legacy is carried forward by Shiy’s sons, Thomas and Brian Wang, in a fast-casual format that honors the original.
